5. Deep groove ball bearing with snap groove(N); Deep groove ball bearing with snap ring & snap groove(NR)
6. Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings
A deep groove ball bearing is composed of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls and a cage, the sealed type will be also with a set of rubber seals or metal seals. 1600 deep groove ball bearing is simple in design, suited for high speeds applications and need little maintenance. It mainly take radial loads, but can also support axial loads with a large radial clearance.

About Precision
The precision of deep groove ball bearing can be divided into four levels as below:
P0(ABEC-1) +0.000 ~ -0.007
P6(ABEC-3) +0.000 ~ -0.006
P5(ABEC-5) +0.000 ~ -0.005
P4(ABEC-7) +0.000 ~ -0.004
Most deep groove ball bearing products of BRS belongs to P0 grade, which can meet the requirements of most working conditions. We can also produce customized precision for special applications.
Mounting of 1600 series deep groove ball bearing
Preparations for mounting
Before installation, the components including housing, shaft and seals of the bearing arrangements should be inspected to ensure that the mating surfaces are clean and good. Please also pay attention to the tapped holes and grooves, where remnants of previous processing operations might have collected. Check the dimensional and form accuracy of the bearings. The relevant components must meet the required accuracy and adhere to the specified tolerances, so that the bearings will perform satisfactorily.
In all cases, users shall not hammer directly on the bearing rings, cages, and rolling elements or seals. The mounting force applied to the bearing during installation must never be transmitted from one bearing ring to the other through the rolling element, otherwise the raceway may be damaged.

1.Place a sleeve against the bearing ring face, then tapped the sleeve lightly with a hammer until bearings have been driven into position. The blows should be evenly distributed around the ring to prevent the bearing from tilting or skewing. |

2.If a non-separable bearing is to be pressed onto the shaft and into the housing bore at the same time, the mounting force has to be applied equally to both rings and the contact surfaces of the mounting tool must lie in the same plane.
